Sally is equally amazing—professional, funny, and always has a big smile that makes you feel comfortable and at home. Today, Jesus cleaned my teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and made the cleaning process quick and comfortable. The entire staff truly cares about their patients and creates a positive atmosphere from start to finish. I love this dental office my children go here and they are 1 and 5 everyone in the office is extremely nice to my children and very helpful as well. the lobby is always clean and there has never been a long wait for us to be seen. I have to give a shout out to Dr.Tran and the team at Alder Dental. We had a family emergency and I was waiting on my crown. Dr.Tran personally found a way to get my grown here faster and didnt charge me for the extra expense. His words were lets get this off your plate and taken care of. The crown came in and Janet is front office staff communicated with me and got me in. DR.Tran came in on his day off to personally make sure the crown was installed correctly. I cant say enough great things about this practice. I was truly touched how they made my problem their problem and helped me solve it. If you are looking for a dentist in cypress, definitely consider them. You will be so happy you made the switch.
